You may return all unused items purchased at Nyciwear within 30 days of the original delivery. We will only pay the return shipping costs if it is our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping costs and WILL be charged a restocking fee of 10 percent. Incomplete returns, or used products not in new condition will be assessed additional restocking fees depending on condition and Nyciwear's ability to remarket the returned product. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item. All returned items are inspected upon receipt. Clearance Items are Final Sale!Exchanges
Exchanging an item: Nyciwear gladly accepts all requests for an exchange as long as Return policy guidelines are met. There is never a restocking fee for exchanges. Unfortunately we do not provide shipping fees for exchanges. You can either send a prepaid label with your return or we can invoice you for the shipping fees only. New shipments are mailed out within 72 hrs of receiving returned merchandise in original condition. We do occasionally experience BackOrders and will immediately let you know estimated time of shipment if applicable.Damaged Items
All damage claims must be reported within 72hrs of delivery otherwise return shipping will not be supplied by NyciWear. All Damaged Items will be replaced unless the product is no longer available Refund Requests for damaged items will be charged 10% restocking fee.Non-Receipt of Goods
All Non-Receipt claims will be investigated and claims opened with Shipping Carrier. We will then ship a replacement Item at our expense. We do not refund lost or mis-delivered items!
