 Return Policy:
30 DayYou may return all unused items purchased at Nyciwear within 30 days of the original delivery. We will only pay the return shipping costs if it is our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping costs and WILL be charged a restocking fee of 10 percent. Incomplete returns, or used products not in new condition will be assessed additional restocking fees depending on condition and Nyciwear's ability to remarket the returned product. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item. All returned items are inspected upon receipt.ExchangesExchanging an item: Nyciwear gladly accepts all requests for an exchange as long as Return policy guidelines are met. There is never a restocking fee for exchanges. Unfortunately we do not provide shipping fees for exchanges. You can either send a prepaid label with your return or we can invoice you for the shipping fees only. New shipments are mailed out within 72 hrs of receiving returned merchandise in original condition. We do occasionally experience BackOrders and will immediately let you know estimated time of shipment if applicable.Damaged ItemsAll damage claims must be reported within 72hrs of delivery otherwise return shipping will not be supplied by NyciWear.
